Internet Tv Options In Thailand

I don't watch much TV because other than Sorayuth's current affairs programme on Channel 3, the Thai channels are mostly trash, gossip, fluff or C-grade drama, and the alternative viewing options through TRUE Visions are really low quality (e.g. FOX Television). Does anyone have a subscription to an internet TV service that offers a broader range of options?

True Visions isn't so bad. You've got a choice of movie channels, sports, the BBC, news, documentaries, series, national geographic, history, what more do you want. The programmes in HD are also great to watch.

Yes, True Visions service offers some good channels but you have to be willing to pay for those channels. Basic, (cheap) cable will not have the good channels.

Option is if you have not got HDMI [to watch in HD] connection on your PC/Laptop, 1,900 baht buys you a USB to HDMI adapter, or a new 1 GB Graphics card start from less than that.

Now you can watch LIVE or on demand videos from more or less anywhere in the world totally free.. with the help of Google find what you want and save/bookmark easy to open everyday/week without searching..

If you're an American, there's an online service that provide 24 hour live streaming of the 6 major over the air U.S. networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, CW and Fox) for free...with registration.

The only downside is their programming source is from Pennsylvania, so all the local news and other non-network local programming originates from that area.
