My 30-days visa expires on monday 22nd, 10 days before my flight back home, on the 31st of October.

I really don't want to do a visa-run because I enjoying Koh Phangan and I already done one visa-run this trip. The question are: can I go to Immigration Office in Koh Samui to get the 10 days extension? Or I have to do a Visa-run?

I am a swedish national, 35 yo.

You should make a border crossing/return for 15 days. The most you could obtain from immigration would be 7 days to depart country.

I think you have a Visa Exempt Entry. Not a Visa.

There is no 10 day extension.

The most you would get from immigration would be 7 days to leave the country.

A border run would get you a 15 day entry.

30 days if entering at an airport.

So, maximum at the immigration office are 7 days?

And do you know if they have this service on Samui?

There is an immgration office on Samui.

Some offices will want to see a ticket out of Thailand within 7 days, not sure how Samui is with regards to this.
