Most people (who aren't real estate agents) would probably say that it is hard enough just buying a foreign name condo in your own name for cash without getting ripped off left right and centre.

Trying to introduce some bizarre and probably unenforceable contractual element into the deal would appear to be total folly, not least because it puts you into the clutches of lawyers.
