You can not obtain a visa for her inside Thailand so not sure what you are asking.

She would need to go to a consulate in a foreign, nearby, country (Savanakhet, Laos) and apply for a torurist visa, double entry would be best, but I do not know what they will issue to a Filipna. She would neeed her passport, visa application, pictures and money.

Savannakhet just gave my wife (a Filipina) and me double-entry tourist visas, 1000 baht per entry. Did the Savan Vegas thing, and they ran our passports over to the Consulate and back, included. Maybe fun, if a couple of days in a casino is their cup of tea.

However, it appears the OP doesn't want his GF to have to do a visa run, so her only option is to take her (slim) chances at the Thai Embassy in Manila. They want all kinds of documentation, including bank statements of the inviting party, etc.

Also, be aware that she will probably meet resistance at NAIA airport in Manila if she doesn't already have a visa and is traveling alone. Before we were married, I had to fax them a signed sponsorship letter and a copy of my passport to get them to let her board the plane.
