Is there anyone reputable who offers 90 day reporting service?

Pick up passport in the morning and drop it off in the evening. Thats the kind of service i am looking for.

You can send anybody to do that, but have you thought about doing your 90 day report by registered mail.

That mail takes long doesn't matter, you only send a copy of your passport. Not the passport itself.

I beleive some lawfirms offer it and some visa companies wil also do it.

why would you pay an agent to do it? If you work your company could send a rep to do it, if you don't work why not go and do it yourself, if too busy then post it.

Procedure is as follows:

1. Photocopy of passport pages with following pages
   - front page showing name / surname / Passport No., ect.
   - current visa
   - last entry stamp of immigration
   - last extension of visa
   
2. Photocopy of departure card TM.6 click to view Example TM.6 card
   
3. Previous notifications of staying over 90 days (if any) click to view Example document
   
4. Completely filled in and signed notification form TM.47 click to view Example document (Don't forget to sign name.)
   
5. Envelope with 10 Baht stamp affixed and return address of foreigner for the officer in charge to send back the lower part of form TM. 47 after having received the notification. This part must be kept for reference and for future notifications of staying over 90 days.
   
6. The above mentioned documents must be sent by registered mail and the receipt of the registration kept by the foreigner.
   Send the mail before the renewal date 15 days to
   90 DAYS REGISTRATION,
   IMMIGRATION DIVISION 1
   Chalermprakiat Government Complex
   120 MOO 3, CHAENGWATTANA ROAD,SOI 7,
   LAKSI, BANGKOK. 10210
   Notice :
   - Your registered mail must be sent to the Immigration office at least 15 days before the due date of notification.
   - Your new form will be stamped as of the expiration date of your old receipt.
   - Please keep your receipt of your registered mail in case of lost mail.
   - Your document can not be processed if you have passed the 90 days limit. ( You must come to the nearest immigration office or Immigration Division 1 in person to pay fine 2,000 Baht)
   - Waiting for reply mail over 1 month, please contact Immigration Office with your registered mail receipt.

• The notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days is in no way equivalent to a visa extension.
  
• If a foreigner staying in the kingdom over 90 days without notifying the Immigration Bureau or notifying the Immigration Bureau later than the set period, a fine of 2,000.- Baht will be collected. If a foreigner who did not make the notification of staying over 90 days is arrested, he will be fined 4,000.- Baht.
  
• If a foreigner leaves the country and re-enters, the day count starts at 1 in every case.
  

I know of at least one very reputable company in Chiang Mai that will do this for 1000 baht per year -- they keep track of the dates and make photocopies of your passport when you sign up for the service. I'm not connected with this company and don't use them myself -- I'm retired, and a trip to CM Immigration is like a day at the zoo, plus it saves me 250 baht (actually 500 baht per visit, since I do Hubby's 90 day reports, also.)

But, the point is that I know people in CM who gladly pay this company 1000 baht/year to do their 90 day reports, knowing they'll always get the little slip to put into their passport and/or have a native English speaker they can call and ask where the heck it is. Frankly, I've never heard of anyone not getting their slip on time.

There has to be similar companies elsewhere in Thailand. A certain segment of the expat population just finds it cheaper to pay them rather than to remember "due dates", arrange EMS mailings and bite their nails if the slip doesn't return on time.

If for some reason you can't do it by mail .. try checking with some of the translation companies that handle embassy & immigration stuff. The ones I have spoken to in the past offer to take care of these things. I can't recall what it was I had them do for me a couple years ago but at first I declined and said I would do it myself until I realized they could do it for me for less than what I'd have to pay a taxi to get over there. I think some of the bigger places have people going to immigration and government offices all day.

Although I don't see them as often, I used to always end up behind somebody at immigration with 20 passports in their hand. No idea what company they are or where to find them.
