Hi I'm looking for a graphic designer to design a simple company logo and banner for a travel company. Any recommendations on where to look? and approx going rates? How does the process work, would they send you drafts first for you to choose , before any payment is made ?

I wonder if its better to get a local to do it, or look for a freelancer abroad. Thanks

Not for large print, just for website and stationery

If they know what they are doing they will get a deposit upfront with the balance due before they hand over any working files.
