I took at trip to Vientiane Laos on 24 October and brought the usual form from the internet all filled out with picture attached to the Friendship bridge (Nong Kai) Laos immigration point. The nice man at window 3 got quit upset and handed me a new form (smaller in size) to fill out. I mention this so those that normally down load the form from the Bangkok Laos embassy website or other web pages do not waste the time. I intended to get a new form from window 3 but in my rush, forgot to. It would be nice if someone making a visa run to Vientiane would get an extra form and scan it in PDF for posting here on TV.

i always get 3 more forms plus at the bridge all the other forms, entry departure, etc. I keep stocked up, it makes Your trip very quick
