After first Blockading the main roads leading into the community, more than 30 full time officers raided various homes and arrested their targets while still asleep. 20 Arrests were made and all taken to the local police station for processing. They do not even have to be awake to do their job. So next time you see a policeman sleeping by the roadside, you can be assured he is on top of everything! The raid took place in Sattahip. I don't think the masses are flocking there. If however you're insinuating something about Pattaya then I would remind you that Sattahip is to the south of Bangkok; to the south of Chiang Mai; to the south of lots of places; but most definitely is NOT part of Pattaya.
