Hi

I want to take my wife and step son on a visit overseas.

To apply for their visa I need to get our marriage certificate translated,

along with the Tabien Bahn to show that the boy is my wife's son.

How and where do I get the translations notorised so they can

be accepted overseas.

The country concerned does not have any representation in Thailand, so the entire

application will be done overseas.

Thanks

The process to make a document internationally legal is the same as you use with the freedom to marry from your Embassy. You have an official translation made and then register it with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The returned document with registration number should be acceptable for any international use. Believe some countries may not require this full blown registration but it should work for all I believe.
