when doing 90 day report on a extension based on marriage does the wife need to attend

and what is the procedure of reporting ie what paperwork is needed

Wife does not need to attend.

Just fill out a TM47 and take it to immigration along with your passport.

You can also do it by mail or have somebody else do for you.

The wife doesn't have to attend.

Tou can report in 3 ways:

1. The foreigner makes the notification in person, or
   
2. The foreigner authorises another person to make the notification, or
   
3. The foreigner makes the notification by registered mail.
