bkkjosh Posted March 15, 2006 Share Posted March 15, 2006 There are usually 2 people dressed up like clowns doing animal balloons at Sofitel Central Plaza Lat Phrao in Jatujack Cafe as part of their sunday brunch. I've seen them do giraffes and bikes with balloons.. I'm sure if you approached them they would be able to do some freelance work for a kids party...
