What are the overheads/running costs per YEAR for owning a Chanote plot of LAND via a Thai Ltd Company??

The size would be small and less than 750,000B on Samui.

About 10-15K for an accountant to do a company tax return and file it. Depending on the land and what's on it there might be some land/municipal tax but that is usually not much. The size of the plot will not influence the accounting cost, it's the accountant's time and knowledge you are paying for.

I own via a company and my advice is pay the accountant to file the return so you do not draw attention to the company ownership in a negative way. Wherever you are in the world, keep the tax man happy.
