Bear in mind Jacks are not a pedigree breed as they have been bred from many breeds.

Well technically speaking, ALL dogs are mutts, as in at one point they were interbred to achieve their standard today, but if your breed is recognized by the Kennel Club, then they are not mutts, they are a pedigree breed. As are Parson's and your standard Jack Russell Terrier.
