Any1 brought a condo or apartment with existing tenants renting the place?

Care to share experience on it? Any trouble with tenants

You should read the lease agreement between current owner and tenant before you consider purchase.

Had a few offers, but consistently the rent was way to low or more accurately the selling price way to high.

Anything above 100-120 times the rent is not worth it in my opinion.

Most rental contracts are for a year, or max 3 years.
