OP - you seem to bang on a lot about how much you have done for your gf - as if you expect her undying gratitude. In my humble opinion, you are either suffering from while knight syndrome or you are just naturally condescending. Either way, these are not qualities that any girl is going to find attractive in the long term.

If you decide to enter into a relationship with a girl from a family that has less money than you/yours, don't patronise her. She seems to have managed OK before you came along and no doubt she will carry on living after you leave.
