Can You Have Two Work Permits?

Featured Replies

Hi, I already have a job, and I've been offered onother job that I can perform at the same time that my actual job, so my question is can I apply for another work permit? This new company that is asking me to joing me also makes all the work permit paperwork but before starting I need to now the answer for this question, so is some one have experience in this topic, please let me know it, tanks

There are several possibilities, but if I were you, let the new employer ask the labor department how to deal with it.

Do NOT ask the nearest immigration, because they translate every WP-question into income tax.

Why did you not ask this in the work permit forum?

Short answer is yes. However, IIRC you need permission from 1st employer.

You can add the second employer to your current work permit. However, your current employer must be informed and write a letter of agreement to the Labor Office that it is O kay of them to add the additional employer.
