Getting Married

Hello all,

looking at getting married next month and am now looking for a reception center (garden, convention center or hotel). There will be around 150 - 200 people both farang and Thai. If anyone has any advice on good locations that they have either been to or used would be much appreciated. Also if you have any other details on approx costs, what they provide (singer, flowers, ice etc).

Thanks in advance for your help

Hi Baksida:

There is an excellent site, it's for Thai people getting married (so it's in Thai language).

It has all the info you need with plenty of advice on just what you are asking: hotel packages/dress/make-up artists/singers/souviners etc etc....

If you cant read Thai then look over the site with a Thai friend/colleague etc...

Sorry, the wedding will be in Bangkok

Thanks a lot for the website, great help

If it was in Chiang Mai then i could have helped more. Why not check with the hotels as alot of them do packages. You supply the booze, band etc seperate. Best to speak to the hotels. Thats my opinion.
