oh come on, there is not a single septic out there who can give me an answer?

the reason i'm asking is i have access to a tame ex-marine who i can insist take me shopping there and im pretty curious as to what they actually stock

They don't have much there, and the prices are similar to that at local stores.

I but the occasional Welches Grape Juice, and I used to buy tortilla chips, but now the local stores stock a good selection. The shop used to be my lifeline for Diet Dr. Pepper, but it hasn't carried it in at least 6 months. Today, they had regular Dr. Pepper, but not the diet.

But to answer your question, you need to be active duty or retired, not simply ex-military. And if someone does agree to buy you that jar fo Skippy's, he or she would lose their privileges at best or face legal action at worst.

(I responded before you posted your second post. A word of advice here: If you are asking a favor from an American, I would avoid the "septic" label. I have read ad nauseum here in TV that it means nothing, but pretty much every American will take offense at the term.)

Is it just restricted to Americans?

I remember in Rheindahlen going into the PX many a time.
