Thanks TOG - happy to receive any guidance. Are the touts outside the VFS office - i.e. can I take the missus to the right door without her having to run a gauntlet of touts on her own ?

I haven't been there since VFS relocated downstairs, but you should be able to take her to the front door of their office.

I have never been accosted by any touts, I think if you walk in with an air of confidence they will leave well alone.
