Anyone know a shop where I can finance a Cbr 250 in Pattaya? I would like to pay it off in 4 payments, not to finance it for a long time. I have my year visa and residency certificate.

I would think with your deposit, work permit, pay stubs and bank statement [6 months] any shop can do it.
