Hi,

Was wondering if anyone could offer advice? I've booked my flights, so my stay would have been exactly 30 days - no visa required. However, my departing flight was scheduled for 23:10 on day 30. British Airways have now contacted me to say they are reschdeuling my flight to depart at 00:20 - the next day. This puts my stay in Thailand at 30 days, 20 minutes!

Does this mean I now need a visa? (even though I'd have checked in 3 hours before departure, ie. within the 30 days). I've tried to query this with the Thai embassy in London, but have not been able to get a reply.

Thanks,

Steve

Well if you go through immigration prior to your deadline there shant be a problem. (plane boards 45min prior so that alone gets you under as well) :o
