London To Dubai To Bangkok

Featured Replies

I am flying with my wife via Dubai to Bangkok. I think she's elligable for Transit without visa because our connecting flight is just 2 hours later. The whole trip is booked and paid for. I am flying with Emirates. Can someone please verify that I am correct? She has a uk residents card which I don't think matters in this case.

Thank you

TWOV (Transit Without Visa):

Visa required, except for Holders of confirmed onward tickets for a max. transit time of 24 hours.

Visa Issuance:

Visa required, except for A 96-hour ("Dubai Stop-over")

transit visa can be obtained on arrival.

Leave country of residence blank.

Nationality - Thai

Country of Residence - Blank

Destination Country - Thailand

Embarkation - UK

Transit - UAE

as stated above she is in transit between flights and will not pass through the immigration at Dubai, no visa required.

Great news. Thanks!

Mate, no visa required to visit an airport.

Not taking the pish but I wish I had to ask questions like this. My Mrs and I spend half our lives in frigging airplanes and we both hate it.

If I had my way, I would never go on one again. I'd take a <deleted> ship every couple of years between Thailand and the UK.

International travel sucks .
