Can someone please tell me what this scary radio commercial is about ? Something in Phitsaulok, but not clear to me. I would like to know what he says. The reason for asking this is I like to use it for a sound collage.

The gf says ...

It's a self promo for the radio station and it's spruking it's great news content and it's entertainment credentials.

The station is one maybe listened to by my gf's parents ... so catering to the 'mature' listening audience.
