Extention?

All you can get incountry is a 30-day extension of you entry stamp. After that I think you can get a further 7-day extension, but I'm not sure.

Beyond that, you'll have to leave Thailand and apply for a new visa, somewhere else.

Yes you can go to immigration and fill out a TM.7 form to obtain the final 30 days of your second entry tourist visa (the date on the visa was use to enter date - you can still obtain extension of that entry). Cost will be 1,900 baht.
