American passort. the last 2-month entry period will run out next week, but the visa itself finished last month. can i go to immigration and pay rather than do the border run? thanks for info. rishi Posted February 12, 2006 Share Posted February 12, 2006 All you can get incountry is a 30-day extension of you entry stamp. After that I think you can get a further 7-day extension, but I'm not sure. Beyond that, you'll have to leave Thailand and apply for a new visa, somewhere else. lopburi3 Posted February 13, 2006 Share Posted February 13, 2006 Yes you can go to immigration and fill out a TM.7 form to obtain the final 30 days of your second entry tourist visa (the date on the visa was use to enter date - you can still obtain extension of that entry).
