Normally, you can only 1extension per entry. Loy Kratong is not a public holiday so immigration will be open.

You cannot get two 60 day extensions in a row from the same entry.

You will need to make a border run and then apply for another extension.

You could also make a visa run to Savvanakhet Laos and get a multiple entry non-o visa with no financial proof needed from the consulate there.
