Where Can I Find A Quality Pico (Mini) Projector In Bangkok?

Featured Replies

I'm looking for a Pico Projector. Specifically the AAXA p4x preferably or something comprable. I've seen a few pico's as I wonder the mall but the prices are 200% over US retail and they are never there when I go back to look after researching the product.

I'm looking for a shop that carries quality Pico's preferably at a fair price.

I am near the BTS and MRT lines so getting somewhere isn't an issue.

Can't refer to Pico Projectors specifically, but projectors in general seem to be about double the US price, and new models take quite a while to get here. I've bought a couple in the last year and ended up importing both.

One was a 1080p BenQ that retailed in Thailand for THB88,000 but could be bought easily online for USD1300.

I guess that the demand here isn't strong enough yet to generate real competition.

Yeah it looks like I'll be importing as well. How bad was the customs on your order?

I always have someone handcarry things in. Personally I wouldn't even try importing directly - too many bad experiences from years ago. Though I do read reports here on Thaivisa of others that manage to import stuff without getting hit with massive duties, I don't have any recent experience.
