The shop is open 24 hours per day. Customers are students (from several schools and universities in the area), working people, the occasional tourist and a lot of gamers. The shop has a very nice atmosphere with 30 customer PC's (still within warranty period) and a small outside coffee bar (included in the sale). Also included in the sale are the following items: 2 servers with all necessary software, printer/ scanner, fax machine, air conditioners and fan, switches, routers etc. The value of all furniture, fixtures and equipment included in the sale is estimated at 400,000 Baht. Technical issues are handled by a third party technician, who will be happy to provide the new owner with the same service. The new owner does not need more than basic computer knowledge to operate the business. Current owner has successfully started, run and sold two other internet shops. The reason for the sale of the business is that the owner is seeking to free up time and capital to invest in his new business. There are currently two full-time staff in place with a total monthly payroll of 20,000 Baht. Other expenses include the monthly rent for the business premises, which is 16,000 Baht with a one month security deposit and key money of 60,000 Baht per year.
