Hello everyone. I am trying to learn to read Thai but I am still at the very beginning and none of online translators seem to give me adequate translation. Could someone help me to translate following please:

ที่จริงมันก็มีแต่ไม่ใช่เนื้อคู่ มคแค่เนื้องอก

Google translate says " In fact, it is not content. Jan just neoplasms."

I can't translate it without more context but เนื้อคู่ is like soul mates / true loves (not a tumour!)

Just a wild guess... I'd say something like: in fact yes there is someone but not true love for life, more like something temporarily attached.

I think there must be a play on words by opposing "neua kru" (couple made one for each other, but "neua" is also flesh) and "neuangok", like a cyst or tumor (also flesh, but that you are reluctant to see attached to you).

"anyone else"; 1. meaning she is attached to her husband but no one else? or 2. she is only emotionally attached to herself and no one else.

"even though she is still married";.meaning 1 one would expect a married woman to be attached to someone other than her husbsand, or 2. one would have expected that she would be attatched to herself, and her husband.

What attachments would you expect a woman who was not still married to have?
