True Internet - Erratic Speeds!

Featured Replies

Had True internet for 3 - 4 years. Never a problem. Recently upgraded from 7 to 10MB as same price. They told me on the phone different company. Change from True on-line to True internet. Didn't think anything of it. However clearly this package seems oversubscribed. Currently getting speeds of less than 1mb! They swear blind nothing wrong at their end. Another friend is having the same issue. Anyone else having problems?

I got True docsis about a month ago 14/1.2 and it is much worse than my tot ADSL 7/512 connection. I am in Sansai area. Unfortunately I have 11 months of my contract left. Going to get tot fiber to home as well I think. Anyone using that?

Sent from my GT-N7000B using Thaivisa Connect App

Yes got the owner to change to CAT. Transfer to be finished next week.

I've had issues for months. Waiting for the end of my contract. Will never be a customer of theirs again, TV, internet nor telephone.

An utterly dreadful service from an utterly dreadful company.

its pretty interesting that there are far fewer "internet sucks" threads now as opposed to a few years ago.

My TOT is so reliable these days I rarely think about it. I guess True still has some wrinkles to iron out.

I am with true 20m and got 40 m today ?????

I had a very unreliable connection with true, until I unchecked the firewall options in the router. Now the connection is perfect.
