Right he just gave the order to kill! That is not murdering that is just casual small talk!

Did he?

He was in charge! Therefore he did!

When someone contracts a contract killer he is as guilty as the one who pulled the trigger!

Except that there is no contract kill. Contract killing is a private killing undertaken outside the laws of the state. The state has a monopoly on the law which in this case was exercised in the face of violent threats to law and order. There were no special payments to the army. The only special payments during the 2010 events were made by Thaksin who bankrolled the whole red escalation. It is Thaksin who contracted these events if you wish to follow a money trail and maybe you should hang the blame on Thaksin rather than Arisman for organising and promotong the burning down of Bangkok. The whole charade of the red accusations rests on the assertion of the peaceful demonstrators out for a stroll that day rather than the war zone which they had progressively and intentionally created.

I knew nothing about Rames attack, says police chief

The Nation

BANGKOK: -- Metropolitan police chief Kamronwit Thoopkrachang has ordered his deputy Maj General Ittipol Piriyapinyo to take charge in the case of Democrat deputy spokesman and lawyer Rames Rattanachaweng who was severely attacked on Monday night.

Kamronwit earlier denied knowledge of the assault saying he had come back from a trip abroad and just learned about the incident. Police officers have been told to check all closed-circuit videos for traces of the attackers.

Some people had earlier named Kamronwit as a suspect behind the attack, as Rames in September had urged an investigation into Kamronwit's behaviour due to his relationship with Thaksin Shinawatra. The fugitive former prime minister's picture had been seen clearly displayed in Kamronwit's office.

Ittipol said police would take note of all suspect motives, including personal and political issues. Rames is a lawyer so conflict might have resulted from the cases of which he was in charge, Ittipol said. The manner of the attack, the bashing and kicking, was likely the expression of anger and unlikely to have been done according to anyone’s order.

He said local police had been assigned to cover Rames' safety at the hospital.

Rames was attacked shortly after he parked his car at his condominium late Monday night. He was later admitted to the intensive care unit of the Bumrungrad Hospital.

Tankhun Jitt-itsara, former Democrat candidate who closely worked with Rames, yesterday testified to police that Rames might have been attacked by supporters of Democrat opponents.

Metropolitan police chief Kamronwit Thoopkrachang, Mr Know-Nothing Do-Nothing has no intention of following up at all. His organisation, fresh from its triumphs in 2010 (disappeared into thin air) and 2009 (stood around doing nothing while the reds attacked the ASEAN Conference), is hoping to be consistent for the boss 3 years in a row. Maybe a New Year bonus from Dubai.
