Oswulf
For Gmail, the easiest way is to use the autoconfiguration tool, available from http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer....3276&topic=1555 Just delete the account you've already set up in Outlook Express, then run the tool. Simple.
astral
Google screwed around a few weeks ago and changed their servers from GMAIL.COM to GOOGLEMAIL.COM. That may be your problem.

Artisan
Thanks, your hands are so helpful. And then Yahoo!? In order to use Outlook or Outlook Express with Yahoo, you will have to subscribe to Yahoo Mail Plus. This costs $19.99 a year at present. Then you could download your Yahoo mail from any POP3 account. You could also forward your Yahoo mail to another email account automatically.
