Bkkingkong
I’m having problems with the manager of a shopping center that I am renting a commercial space from. She has threated not to renew my lease when it’s up, and has refused to sign documents for me to have internet at my shop. So now my customers cannot have free wi-fi. She has treated me unfairly during the last couple of months. But before this year I have rented this space for over 5 years never made a late payment on rent and never had any problems. I am afraid that she will not renew my contact when it is up. What can I do to make sure I will be treated fairly? Are there any legal actions? thehappyfarang
Chances are one of her friends or family has already said that they fancy the space that you are occupying. If that is the case I reckon you are going to struggle - once a lease runs out I dont think there is any obligation on them to renew.
payak
tell her the space has a ghost there, maybe they will not touch it.

Swiss1960
You don't have any legal right to get contracts renewed... thus, look for another place for your business.
