What are some of the best activity areas in or near Bangkok?

Mostly I am thinking about Kayaking, ATV Riding, Snorkeling, maybe a Bow and Arrow/Rifle range.

I have seen a couple of tours in a google search but a lot of them looked unnecessarily expensive and started early in the morning.

What are some of the places you guys have tried?

Good question, I know Nakhon Nayok has white water rafting. When I did it I had a blast. Im not sure if you could do kayaking though. I'd love to find a place that offers it near bangkok.
