Got strange problem with dhl

Stay on countryside my zipcode is 31220, I got many parcel with national thai post no problem

A parcel should come from Germany was take over to thai post 4days ago online track number says 6o procent done , got from dhl now another thai track number but since the parcel take over wait around 17 days see no further information!

And 2 strange case order also something in hongkong and dhl Also not find my zip code,seller on eBay give me phone number from office, but don't know how can handle this, does someone have similar problem with dhl , very strange..

If I check online my zipcode exists!

Yes show also name of place and correct zip code put dhl not find it? Anyone have similar problems?
