^^^ Nice pix SJ.

Question for you though...the 4x4's look like "good trucks". Why are they

on a road and not off the road? Does Samui have any real off road places

left? 20 + years ago there was some good tracks but today???

Just asking...thanks in advance.

There are miles of back roads on Samui, still, one can get to every corner on the island on back roads~ !!!

Not for the faint of heart, some areas are what one would describe as "white knuckle" drives!

Many farms and "small holdings" up in the centre of the island have to use them every day.... still no electric up there, but it is being worked on!

Nice views up there too... this is Lamai from above!

It can be 10 degrees cooler up in there hills! thumbsup.gif

DAL has done "Jim's Back road tours" a couple of times now...on motorbike! ....so have many others! wink.png

Safari Trucks are a better option for some! There are dozens of them around the island!
