can any1 help me with the web site or web address for a french national to get the forms

to apply for a type O multy entry visa . he knows he has to return to france to apply

but wants to down load now to make sure its the correct 1 to use . and not a marrage visa .

The multi entry non immigrant O visa is what can be issued for marriage. The "O" stand for "other" reasons so issued for a number of things and marriage to a Thai is one of them. Normally all visas are requested on the same form from Consulate.

Expect in France they would be in French as Consulates normally have there own versions of application specific to there location and requirements. This is there application procedures:
