If the purpose of your stay is to visit with child - will need child and paperwork.

Yes certificate of birth to show you the father. Should not be any problem if mother with you as she can support the visit reason.

ok so i will go to chiang mai immigration this afternoon , with the birth and my son there ,

any question , now i am on 88 days in thai and i neeed to make the 90 days report soon , what i need to do ? go only to police station ?

Take to immigration:

child

child ID-card (if any) and copy of

household registration book of the child and copy of

your passport and copy of all relevant pages

arrival card and copy of

mother of child, ID-card, household reistration book and copy of would be helpful.

Passport size photo

Fee of 1,900 baht

You do not need to do a 90 day report. This is your first extension and that will count as a 90 day report.
