I worked in Thailand for 2 and a half year, with a work permit a 1-year business type visa. This VISA is expiring in June 2006, but I resigned in last december. Is my visa is still valid now ? Some told me my visa was not valid. But I just travelled abroad from mid-jan to mid-feb and when I came back the immigration officers at the airport just stamped my passport as usually, based on my 1-year Thai visa.

So is my visa still valid or not ?

Do you have a one year multi entry visa or do you have an extension of stay with a re-entry permit?

If you have a valid one year multi entry visa (you have to make 90 day visa runs) it will remain valid after a change or end of employment.
