Ok, so I am going to give it a whirl tomorrow. Would an Ethiofoodphile please say which is a must-order iconical dish? Thanks.

i'd say "Zigny". had an Ethiopian cook in Saudi Arabia for nearly five years. went through each and every Ethiopian, Eritrean and Somali dish she knew how to prepare but my favourite was always zigny prepared with the hottest chilis on earth.

p.s. a good load of zigny in the evening made my pecker burn when peeing in the morning wink.png

Yes a good dish. This place doesn't seem to be calling any dish Zigny but likely have similar.

Just come back from this place as I got curious after reading the messages here. The food was ok. I had the lamb and the mixed vegetables. The lamb meat wasn't that great but the tastes were very good. The whole athmosphere was laid back as wel with reggea like music (execpt for15min footbal noice after one goal).

Overal it was a nice place and sure ill come back for to try more of their menu.

Always interested in trying something new, been so long since I'd had Ethiopian I could even remember. Clean, large, quiet place - we were the only ones there at 10pm other than the staff/ owner? watching football. Took the recommendations from here, tried the vegetable combo, great sample of flavors though some may not be for everybody. My gf enjoyed it as well and loved the injeera bread. Well be going back to try some of the other dishes. Always nice to have varied dining options and this is a good one. Anyone have any others?
