Does anyone know which visas are affected by the new single visa rules for Thailand and Cambodia? Are only newly issued visas accepted or are existing visas also ok? Is it only tourist visas that are accepted or are non-imm visas also accepted.

I am currently on a multi-entry non-imm O/d (marriage) and am planning on doing a border run on Monday to get a new 90 day stamp at the Ban Laem crossing. Does anyone know if I will be required to get the Cambodian Visa or will they accept my Thai visa and simply stamp me in?

Common misunderstanding. This "common visa" is just a combination of distinct single entry tourist visas for Cambo (30 days) and Thailand (60 days) with a single application.

It does not affect existing visas and residence status in any way.

This is not a "mini Schengen". Cambo does not ackknowledge Thai visas and residence status.
