Is Medical Exam Required For Extension Of Stay On A Retirement Visa

Some times information is a bit confusing on these sites.

Can someone please confirm the requirements for the one year extension of stay for a retirement visa. I understand it to be as follows:

1. Photos x 2

2. Application filled out

3. Passport and entry form copies

4. map of residence

5. Bank statement and or letter of income

This is my second extension do I require a medical exam or anything else ?

The vast majority of Immigration Offices do not require a medical certificate.

One or two have decided to invent their own rules and do ask for one.

Don't forget the updated bank book if using bank savings.

Proof of residence (rental agreement, etc.), not map of residence. No medical certificate required, unlees the office that you use has this as an additional requirement..
