Real Estate Agent For Thai Clients?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of a Real Estate Agent or office that specializes in Thai clients? We've checked the Thai papers and had no luck and all of the offices seem to cater to Farangs.

Thank You!

They don't specialise in Thai clients, but Sabina at East Coast Estate Agents, in their Jomtien office (just before reception at Jomtien Complex Condotel) is a charming Thai lady and very knowledgeable and efficient. I'm sure she'd be happy to help you. Just Google for their website and contact details.

I am not trying to flame, but why should there be a difference as long as some staff speak Thai, surely one agent is the same as the next?

Most Thais don't use estate agents , they have their own contacts and connections.

I have pm'd you.

I suspect it would be that old chestnut of dual pricing. If you can find an agent specialising in Thai customers maybe the expectation is that the prices won't be quite as inflated.

So there are 2 kinds of estate agents, money grabbing and dual priced money grabbing ? Next you'll be saying the same about second hand car salesmen......
