Songhua
What colour is it....colour is important. Any colour is ok, so long as it matches OP's riding vest, bike shorts and special footwear. He's probably not realised yet that he has to start shaving his legs too.
Humbugged
So you don't know the significance of giving someone a red bike then ? Edited January 10, 2013 by Humbugged

ozzieovaseas
It could also be a hint that the OP has been doing to much of another form of riding and the good lady wants a break
theblether
This insures that the 5,000 baht hit-man, or your wife's real husband (depends on how cheap she is), actually runs over the right farang. So many Thai hit-men kill the wrong farang, either out of sheer incompetence, or a desire to get paid twice. eek wouldn't do that, she's a nice girl Edited January 10, 2013 by theblether
Rob8891
5000bt hit man? Even with a return flight to the UK, that would be a bargain. That'd be the perfect surprise for the ex's birthday...... Pls send contact details...........

marstons
As a matter of interest with a bike do the monks say what day it can be purchased and keep it over night for luck then add their trimmings?

cobra
Yes, that fact that she only bought you one and not one for herself is suspicious. Would not be surprised if she's the one who runs you over, by accident of course. Edited January 10, 2013 by cobra
bendejo
Maybe she's getting ready to ditch you and cash out on every possible thing she can get her hands on. Giving you the bike is her way of being benevolent, so you can't say she took you for everything, and her way of telling you that in the near future this is the only transportation you'll be able to afford, get used to it. rene123
Does it have hand brakes and that little lever that moves the chain back and forth? Does it have a bell and those nice pink ribbons haning from the handlebars? Red is my colour and I celibrate it.
