Maybe she's getting ready to ditch you and cash out on every possible thing she can get her hands on.

Giving you the bike is her way of being benevolent, so you can't say she took you for everything, and her way of telling you that in the near future this is the only transportation you'll be able to afford, get used to it.

Does it have hand brakes and that little lever that moves the chain back and forth? Does it have a bell and those nice pink ribbons haning from the handlebars? Red is my colour and I celibrate it.
