20 <-> 45

There is a girl in my condo. She's approximately 20 years old. She's quite wonderful and attractive. I saw her a numerous times but there was not an opportunity to talk to her. Then I haven't seen her for about a 2 weeks.

Today I spotted her again: a farang on a bike took her to her condo. She said good-bye to him and kissed him. He was about 45 years old, a pretty fat and, to be honest, far from good-looking.

Tonight I saw her eating outside. It was a good opportunity to "catch" her and talk to her. When I came up to her while she was coming back to her appartment, she was smiling and being pretty polite, really polite. I would say, she was shy as well. But she didn't give me her phone number.

She doesn't work for a bar, go-go or on a beach road. I don't know that for sure but it's most probably, my gut tells me that she doesn't.

I'm 25 and not a good-looking bloke either. Honestly, this situation made me a little upset, it totally seemed far-fetched for me. And hilarious. I wonder, is there something I can't I understand? How much does he pay to her to make her survive him?

I think the answer to your OP lies withing yourself and not in the 45 year old guy and expecially not her.

If you are upset about she didnt give her phone number you have to deal with it and rethink your actions..

Like it or not, us women like men who are confident, happy, have a sense of humour and are not afraid to spend a little money. Looks and age do not always mean as much as charm. Some men have it and some don't. However, Thailand is a great training ground for unconfident men. There are enough poor, willing women here to boost any man's confidence. Eventually, maybe you will become one and you won't have to worry about the older guy getting the girl. I'm just telling you like it is from a woman's point of view. Canada's past Prime Minister, Pierre Trudeau was a plain, balding, elderly gentleman who married a beautiful woman almost a third his age, and had 3 sons by her. And, the woman came from a wealthy family so it wasn't about money. Trudeau just had a lot of charm. When he divorced Margaret he had a series of attractive women as his escorts. Several were movies stars. So, all I'm saying is charm wins out every time.

Why on earth would you want to form any sort of relationship with this girl?

You obviously think that she is a prostitute, otherwise, why would she be with this other farang that she has no feelings for?

Maybe she found you boring, uninteresting, unattractive or whatever.

Here's a thought - Maybe she didn't give you her phone number because she is in a relationship!

I can imagine your post in 6 months time if she had been interested in you. Complaining that this girl had dumped you for another farang. You wouldn't believe that she could be unfaithful even though she had dumped another farang for you.

The other thing is that she could be a lot more sensible than you. Never form a relationship with someone who lives on your doorstep. Should there be a break up, it will be uncomfortable to be bumping into each other all the time.

From not even having talked to her before to trying to break a relationship (assuming she is not on the game) in your first meeting, then throwing your rattle & teddy out of the pram because she wouldn't give a complete stranger her phone number, actually stinks of a troll post.
