Immigration Free-For-All Will It End

I know there is another thread going about the free for all at immigration.

I believe most of it is caused by the number of Burmese getting registered and work permits, Is there not a date when this is all supposed to be done and the crowd will thin out.

I am putting this up as a serious question not another opportunity for people to belittle the officials who work there or the system.
