well i was digging the holes and mac was putting them in, so i just thought its the thai way and said nowt,,lol

if she says its right its right, mind you it was left wasnt it? never mind if they done grow ill blame her,,

to the left of the lemon grass is sweet potatos,, new experiment after reading in the sweet potatoe thread, i get some at big c, being a tight sod i cut them in half before planting as i used to do with big spuds,

I've noticed that around this area,some people plant lemon grass as pigeonjake has done and some people plant it as I have done.From what I've seen,I can't see any difference in the final result.

I plant it this way after a brother in law and a friend of his came and planted a patch for me in the process showing me how it is done.What they do is plant a bunch (6-10 stems) about 15cm deep and fill the hole up leaving a 5cm depression at the top for watering in the initial period until it can go it alone.I've followed thier lead and it works for me.In the long run,both methods seem to work so plant which everway you want to.

What I have planted.The only difference with what I've done is that I only put 5-6 stems in each hole and remember that each of these images are showing different stages of growth.

I was alone at the farm when these guys came. They told me to get out now and they went in with this machine smoking all rooms.

Made another frame yesterday for a post in my dragon fruit setup. I am in no hurry with these as the red fleshed cuttings I bought from a TV member in Chiang Rai are proving very slow to produce any new growth.Out of 14 cuttings only two have sent out any new growth so far and fortunately they are both on the same post.Now I have only one more frame to make and I'll do that one next week. A lady up the road had planted some of the white fleshed cuttings three weeks before mine and hers are the same in being slow to produce new growth.

Here is the new frame fitted to the post with the post behind it the one with the two cuttings that have new growth.

ok its a bit quiet today so ill put a couple up,,

i beautiful red tree on side of the road, and being the gent i am i asked mac to jump out and dig me up a young one from the bottom of it, and she did, it is now in thre ground at our farm,

a sunset over our barn that didnt come out to good,

and some falang cows resting in the shade, theres lots of them round us,

and some of our young breeding cocks, and old white one,
