What were they growing in those tubes?

Posing chickens.......big buggers as well,have seen them chase off many a dog.

Not really a farm, perhaps and experiment in growing Coffee on Samui ? ....I've never seen a coffee plant before!

Now I know... ...... grown in a higher elevation area, probably 10c cooler than the seaside areas!...

These were about 10 to 12 feet tall, going to be hard picking...

Jim,I hope that someone comes along and puts a name to your exotic fruit,am curious myself now.Nice to see how coffee

plants should look like.I went up to have a look at how Grandpa Tong's coffee plants were doing whilst I was back home.

It could be a long,long time before I ever get to taste freshly ground Isaan coffee beans.......if ever!

I think I am right,or managment is, the misses,the leaves look the same ,by the look of these ones they do not look over ripe, if not will try again tomorrow.
