Hiya fellow posters.

My situation..arriving January 28th with the above visa. I will be in and out of the country until september (no 90 day stay)

My question... when should Ipresent myself at immigration for the 90 day rule?

my uneducated guess is december

90 days from the day that you eneter counting that day. There is a grace period, 15 days before, until 7 days after.

You will get a one year stay on each entry so you must be asking about the 90 day address reporting as mentioned above and you must do that if your stay is more than 90 days and day of entry is day one and any exit prior to reaching 90 does not have to be reported.
