What is anybody's experience with golf course conditions, layout etc?

Bangkok Golf Club is a very nice course - one of the best courses around BKK - some holes are a little tight - fast greens - not expensive - but they have a tendency to let the Hi-So military and Police walk on without booking. Worth palying.

I haven't played since the course was flooded, but Bangkok Golf Club is a nice little short course with fast greens. I find this course one of the best deals in BKK for night golf.

Perhaps someone can make a list of which of the courses which had been flooded by the floods of 2011.

They used to have a Par 3 course that each hole was a replica (!) of famous Par 3's from around the world, yep, not joking, used to play it regulary when I worked DM Air Force base.
